1st place in the Clubman Class 
In the Outright Class the Puma and I qualified 10th
fastest with a 48.01 sec run and a 48.36sec run to make the top 12
run-off, despite some slow runs due to rain. In the top 12 run-off
we did a 47.06 sec run to qualify 6th in the top six run-off. Unfortunately
the nut behind the wheel missed third gear in the final run to post a 47.9sec
so we finished 6th outright. Beaten by 4wd's and full race cars I was very
happy with how the Puma performed.
The track was very fast hitting 180kph on the rev
limiter in third through the last 3 corners. See the picture below of
the last few corners. The finish line is where the cones are.
