Build the car in its most basic form and to the engineers specifications to make registration approval easier. I.e. Don't go outside the basic concept initially. Click on the links to see the wiring diagrams for our cars. Click here to see 10-10 Tires wheel offset calculator.Consider changing the hubs to standard Ford or Holden so that a greater variety of rims are available at lower cost. Build your car on a stand. The cars are very low and your back will fair much better if your Puma is at a suitable height to work on. My stand was about 800mm high and it was the best $60 (cost of materials) I could have spent. Finish each step as you go, little jobs can take along time. Think about how you will work on the car in the future by making sure things are easy to access.
